Terms & Conditions


The images on our website and social media sites are examples of our cakes. All our products are bespoke and handmade and can be ordered in different sizes, flavours and colours to the designs shown. Therefore your cake may have slight variations to the website and social media images. 



All price quotations will be confirmed in writing before an invoice is raised and will be based on design discussions. Price quotations are valid for 14 days from date of quotation. 


Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of enquiring and before making any payment. Some of our cakes and sweet treats can be made without nuts and gluten, however these ingredients are frequently used in our kitchen which means we are unable to cater for any severe allergies. 



Any alterations to your cake must be submitted in writing and no later than 10 days before your collection or delivery date. If the alteration carries any additional charges these will be added to your final bill.



An invoice will be raised for all orders, of which a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours. If the deposit is not received within this time frame your invoice will be cancelled and you will need to submit another enquiry to check if the date is still available. No order is confirmed until the deposit has been received. For orders under £150 the remaining balance is due on the day of collection or delivery. If you are not paying the remaining balance in cash, it must be transferred prior to collection or delivery. For orders over £150 the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the date of collection or delivery. 



Once your order is confirmed the delivery or collection date cannot be changed. We cannot be held liable for any damages to your cake once it has been collected from our premises or delivered to your venue. A cake care and information card is provided with every order and details the best ways to transport and store your cake. 



Our goods may contain non edible items such as supports and non edible decorations such as cake toppers. These must be removed before serving or eating. Some non edible decorations may be provided separately to your cake to ensure they do not damage the cake in transit. We can discuss with you the best way to position these items on or around the cake at the time of collection or delivery.


All 50% deposits are non-refundable. Therefore if you cancel your order this will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances your deposit can be transferred to another date, if there is availability and at least 2 weeks notice is given. If we need to cancel your order a full refund will be issued.
